Position : Quantity Surveyor / Site Supervisor Responsibilities/Tasks:
Ensured site Activities are carried out as per Project Quality Control manual.
Coordination with subcontractors regarding deployment of manpower, material and start of new Construction actives
Managed site staff as per Nature of Site Activities.
Coordination with MEP division and Consultant prior to start of Finishing work and Final Fixing.
Coordination with project procurement department regarding Material demand and delivery at site.
Supervision of RCC works, waterproofing, final finishing of concrete structures including epoxy coatings.
Supervision of Masonry, plaster and flooring work and direct supervision of skilled and unskilled labors of other trades.
Carried Out the Project (site) quantities and preparation of progress reports
Supervision of Structural & Architectural works of contractor as per drawings and specifications.
Preparation of the estimates and index plans of the various types of projects.
Preparation of drawings on tracing cloth for Authority submissions.
Inspection of sites and taking pre-measurements of the works.
Preparation of measurements book for contractor's bills and supervision of construction work.
