Record, track and report construction progress
Monitor material delivery dates
Generate and update detailed Project plans using Primavera P6
Generate progress and productivity reports
Obtaining clearance from the MEP department prior to any casting works.
Making Inspection Request for MEP with corresponding checklist and key plan.
Regularly update the status of material submittal, method statements and drawing approvals (as per need).
Make follow-ups with the clearances. Maintain Inspection request (IRs) and clearance logs.
Coordinate weekly and/or monthly progress reports (e.g. critical path(s), S curves, forecasts, manpower utilization, look ahead)
Update the weekly as well as monthly billing cost for the project.
Also involved in Testing and Commissioning of SMDBs, DBs, Fire Alarm Systems, CBU and other Electrical services.
Preparation of testing and pre-commissioning reports.
Review Contract Specifications and drawings and prepare a list of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
Receive and log Request for Inspection and process through during the same day. Coordinate and perform
Inspection and test activities in accordance with relevant Inspection Test Plan,
Monitor status of Inspection and follow
o Responsible for making SOPs and documentation work.
o Prepare project plans, track progress with participating teams, and manage projects to assure objectives are met on time and within cost.
