Responsibilities include:

Execute direct Lighting, Lighting Control and Energy management Solution Sales.
Ensure that all sales targets are achieved or exceeded through project follow up.
Maintain and service existing customers and actively seek to obtain new business through establishing relationships with Consultants, Architects, specifies and Developers etc
Participates in providing training to customers, consultants and contractors as required.
Work closely with M&E Consultant, contractors, developer, interior designer and architect to get project specify.
To keep up to date with product knowledge and ensure customers are informed of latest product updates.
Develop new business opportunities/strategy in the Residential and Commercial market segment
Achievement of Annual Targets.
Co-operate fully and support other functional departments such as logistics, commercial, and finance as required.
Stay abreast of market and competitor activity and provide accurate project forecasting.

Determine Proper Control Strategy (ies)

Design and Develop System Schematics and Shop Drawings.


Takes ownership of Compliance statement and guide subordinates to prepare Shop Drawings, Schematics, Technical submittals & other technical documents.
