Responsible for Operations and Supply chain management at Project Management Office, handling Fleet of 463 units Assets utilized in operational activities for construction. Analyzing purchase activities, preparing monthly accruals VS estimated for both Assets and hiring 3rd party heavy equipment. Preparation of Contracts and managing supplier vendor Management. Submit invoices and regular follow ups to 2 & 3 Tier Vendors. Monitor, control and analyze the cost for spares and FMP - Fast Moving spares cost. Prepared evaluation and comparison sheets to award vendors to proceed for spares purchases and similar to hiring of 3rd party rental contracts Management. Records for maximization usage of resources, owned assets keeping in view standard operational procedures. Supervising PMV Maintenance & schedules for fleet carried out in daily operations. Assigning manpower / Operators / drivers as per requirement and requested from civil project teams.
