•Research & Development:
•Identify range of products by conducting market survey and increase product portfolio to develop business.
•New product development by designing formulations/recipe that needs lab scale experimental works.
•Inventory Control for Alternate Raw Materials sources of every developed formulation.
•Evaluation of raw materials according to product's utilization.
•Cost cutting measures in formulation and recipes development.
•Product's quality management.
•In house quality control and application testing for final products.
•Conduct product‘s trial on machinery at customer premises and monitor product performance.
•Lab Scale pilot plant production to ensure formulation's monitory control.
•Supervise first bulk trial production with production team to provide awareness and production control.
•Production:
•Optimum productivity by ensuring proper utilization of limited resources and priorities' job order at different work centers.
•Production and Planning based on sale forecast and control system.
•Ensure right quantity and quality of raw materials, operational control and others related factors are updated during times of production.
