Worked as an Assistant Material Engineer at E-35 (Hazara Motorway Project).
Key responsibilities are site and laboratory testing activities including preparation of asphalt JMF and Concrete Mix design.
•Responsible for quality control and quality assurance of all construction material to be used at the project site.
•Source identification & material recommendation for embankment, subgrade, Subbase, Aggregate Base Course, concrete & asphalt as per specification requirements.
•Maintaining proper laboratory records of all quality tests and daily field tests.
•Regular visits to crush plants and quarry sites to control the quality of materials and assuring regular supply to the worksite.
•Interaction with consultants and resolving quality issues of all construction materials to be used at the site.
•Ensuring that all engineering activities are correctly costed and the complete design is delivered to the agreed budget.
