Job responsibilities included:
-Controlling the full credit sale cycle from accepting l.P.Os till credit settlement.
- Reporting accounts receivable status to the (CFO-CEO) based on the monthly ageing.
- Risk control by approving or refusing the new purchase orders depending on (customer payment
history, credit facility, ...etc.)
- Managing, supervising and organizing the out-door collectors daily activity.
- Following the customers complains & issues with the internal departments such as (operation,
financial, legal)
- Using ERP system (Microsoft dynamic NAV) to follow and revise the current situation of the
customers and the status of the daily collection.
- Issuing Arabic & English official letter as a first step to transfer the company file to the legal
department.
1- making a financial system for the accounts payable & account receivable.
2-making a systemic control for the inventory.
3-providing the financial reports to the top management.
Organizing and maintain financial records.
- Ensuring that statements and records comply with laws and regulations.
- Examining statements to ensure accuracy.
- Securing financial information by completing database backups.
