• Administering all steel work, carpentry, concrete & finishing work; plastering floor marble, wall & floor tiles and looking after paint, aluminium & glass works
• Handling skilled and unskilled manpower of different trade with several foremen
• Preparing area including steel and carpentry, etc.; getting approval from consultant for concrete
• Supervising & implementing ISO standards for fire & other accidents
• Maintaining & checking the martial quality & quantity considering the technical specification according to the need of site
• Managing a team of 7 to 8 members
• Diploma (3 Year) in Civil Engineering with nearly 3 years of experience pertaining to the following areas: Site Management Administration Management Team Management & Development Quantitative Surveying Materials Planning & Testing Labour Health & Safety Management Civil Construction Liaising & Coordination Project Management & Estimation • Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments and technologies in the construction sector throughout the tenure; adopting the modern construction methodologies, systems in compliance with the quality standards • Distinction of having handled Villas, Processing Plant, Hatcheries, Breeder & Broiler Farms, Sewerage system, Water course & Turban Foundations • Expertise in ensuring operational management from both practical and administrative standpoints in the construction and structural sector • Possess strong planning and problem solving skills
