I am working at China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Project of Construction and Supervision of DI Khan Motorway Project as Manager (Admin & Accounts) with ACE Consultants.
With my last recent consultancy job as Administrative In-Charge at National Highway Authority, Burhan Camp Office, Hasanabdal, on E-35 Motorway Construction Project, I got commendable experience for managing so many people having different backgrounds ranging from Chief Resident Engineer to support staff. As the project is Asian Development Bank’s funded, so I had to communicate with foreign delegates coming from South Korea, China, and USA. This exposure really boosted my administrative capabilities for understanding complex situations and find out abrupt productive solutions.
Being Finance and Operations Consultant with an English finance management and security solution company, I learned a lot of industry-based knowledge related to:
- banking,
- finance,
- operations,
- employees management,
- customers relationship management,
- marketing,
- team leadership, and so on and so forth.
Event facilitation provision at:
Formula-1 (Grand Prix) British Car/Bike Racing, Silverstone Circuit, Northampton, UK.
This job role took place once in a year for 2 to 3 months when event started.
I dealt with the following fields:
- Business Development and Management,
- Finance and Operations Management,
- Designing of Marketing Strategies for Business Development, etc
I performed the following responsibilities during the job at UoB:
- Use of allocated space by the students and faculty
- Preparing weekly reports regrading the same and submission to the Manager.
- Suggestions for maximizing the proper usage of space, etc.
At my job with NHA during 2005-2009, I learned an on-hand experience regarding revenue and operations management. During these 5 years at NHA, I undertook the following services:
i. Procurement of Toll Plazas contracts
ii. Procurement of Bus Bays contracts
iii. Procurement of Promotional Displays contracts
iv. Processing of all NOC cases for CNG/Petrol stations and other amenities established along NHA Network across Pakistan
v. Processing of routine official Letters and Notings, and so on.
Major in Marketing & BM, I really learnt industry based/ research based education that opened up my thinking and professional horizons that would really help me understand business/economics mechanics.
I participated and successfully completed English Password Test, and got Certification for being a proficient English speaker. English Password Test is an English Proficiency Test conducted by the British universities to assess the language proficiency of foreign students coming to the UK for their higher studies after passing their IELTS test.
This Finance and Management majored degree was offered by AIOU, Islamabad in collaboration with Commonwealth of Learning, Vancouver, Canada. This qualification increased my managerial skills while I was at job. It also helped me go for further higher research based qualifications in United Kingdom, where I successfully completed and got MS (M&BM) degree.
With the help of my learnt Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Computer Sciences at prestigious Pakistani University, I went on successful in my professional life.
As a best commerce college in Pakistan, I learnt commerce education here and graduated successfully.
