To ensure implementation of company policies & respond all security incident reports
raised by store, report all over the floor daily bases for all health and safety accidents,
injuries, and unsafe work conditions issues report to manager and LP team. Taking care of
all security matters such as duty performance, investigate all the cash & item discrepancies
using MIP Plug-ins system & checking all the transactions on daily basis & raise all issues
to the Loss Prevention team to recover the stock loss and from shop lifters & cooperation
with the team. Monitor and investigate POS activity on daily base and security tags alarm
activations to coordinate with our security team to escalate the issues to the concern
authority. Patrol all areas of the property assist monitor through Closed Circuit Televisions,
perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system. Complete incident
report to document all security/lass prevention related incidents. Responsible for all lost and
found from the shop floor for customers and staff and maintain proper log book record.
Dealing with all external/internal radio and civil defence inquiries call for the fire alarm and
customer elevators & escalators and customers lost & found inquiries phone answering
from security control room is efficiently. Assist in evacuation of the store during fire drill, fire
fighting and other emergencies as directed from the authorized. Responsible for all store
keys includes entrances and fire exits, stock rooms and electric panels of the store to check
in keep up to date the log book record during shift changing. Monitor all the store premises
for unusual activities and keep clear all fire exit roots for health and safety issues.
