I worked as Operator at Ras Gas Train 3 LNG and Inlet Receiving, pipe line operation slug catcher, TEG unit, condensate stabilization and Merichem treatment area. The plants, which can process 4500 MMSCF LNG production capacity to 20.7 MTA and firmly placed Qatar at the top of the list of global LNG producers.
1: Feed Receiving. Pig launcher, Methanol injection, Anti emulsion Injection, Pre flashing, Inlet gas heating, Pressure letdown station.

2: Dehydration of Wet Natural Gas. BTEX Recovery system, Heat exchanger, Cooler, Flashing System, Filter regeneration, Condensar, Air Blower, Surging system, Exhaust, Antifoaming Chemical, PH Control, Off gas blower, Three phase separator.

3: Condensate Stabilization. Condensate stripping, Reboiler, Precooler, Exchanger, Degassing, Field condensate pumps, Condensate transfer pumps, Condensate treating system, Emergency condensate Stabilizing,

4: Off gas Compression System

5: Condensate treatment System. Acid Extraction, Mercaptan extraction, Caustic regeneration, Mercaptan oxidation.

SCOPE OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
RGEE & work Management system: Understand, operate and comply with the Company's Safe Work Permit and safe working practices; ensure that all process and related equipment available for operational use complies with the Company's Safety policy.
• Operation Of The Facility In A Safe And Efficient Manner
• Process and Production Operation monitoring and control plant operating parameters;
• operates and assist in the efficient and effective operation of the process and equipment’s to meet production targets and avoid unnecessary shutdowns
• Supporting the preparation for a successful (PSSR) pre start up audit.
• Isolation and de-isolation of mechanical moving equipment’s to make them available for maintenance work or repair.
• Lock-out / Tag-out of plants' equipment’s for preventive maintenance or repair.
• Reporting of operating conditions changes to the shift's supervisor and foreman.
• Interface with the ongoing shift personnel for continuity of work.
• Exercise good knowledge of poisonous / hazardous gas leakage and response procedures. Emergency Response Team:
• Execute Company's Emergency Response Procedures and their application in an emergency as defined in the Company's Emergency Response Manual.

Oily waste water, storm water, plant water receiving, Separation of oil and water through
Gravity by skimming process, Separation the oil through CPI (corrugated Plates interceptor),
API separation, API basin for further separation by skimming process, treated oil storage,

STORAGE AREA:
 Oil Movement Section comprising of 140 storage tanks of various types (420000 BPD movement Capacity) equipped with ABB DCS, Yokogawa Centum VP DCS and FOXBORO SCADA Systems.
 Crude oil receiving through ADCO pipelines (3 Nos. with 24” & one 36” size), settling, water
Draining of crude oil tanks and then preparing for Unit feed.
