I worked as a “Supervisor Mechanical (Rotating Equipment)” in a leading Group of Companies OQ in LPIC Steam Cracker Unit and worked in OQ Refineries Previously Named ORPIC as a “Senior Technician Rotating Equipment”.
I am responsible for Troubleshooting, Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Mechanical Maintenance activities of Rotating Equipment to ensure the Availability and Integrity of the installed Equipment in LPIC Steam Cracker Unit in terms of Safety and Reliability.
I am responsible to prepare Work Permits in E-Vision PTW System and conduct the Toolbox Meeting/Safety Talks with the execution team prior to start the maintenance activities and involved in TRA & JSA preparation.
I am responsible to coordinate with Planning Team for the next day schedule, withdrawal of spare parts/consumables, check the stock availability and to arrange the material/manpower prior to plan the maintenance activities and to notify concerned personal if the stock is less than minimum level.
I am responsible to update the Maintenance History, Close the Work Order Cycle in CMMS (SAP System), Spare Parts withdrawal, preparation of PM Checklists and CM Reports etc.
I am responsible for the Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Dynamic & P.D Compressors, (MITSUBISHI, GE etc.) Dynamic and P.D Pumps. (EBARA, Flow Serve, Sulzer, KSB etc.), Steam Turbines (MITSUBISHI, ELLIOTT, Dresser Rand, TES COPPUS etc.) Fin Fans, ID & FD Fans, Blowers etc.
