MAJOR TASKS ASSINGED:
•Reconciling consumption reports and creating of inventory closing report on daily basis and its reconciliation on Monthly basis.
•Generating purchase requisitions after reconciliation of monthly consumption report as per PPRA rules and PPL-SOP
•Tracking and uploading of reports and material manual master schedule holding reports
•Reconciliation of tracked reports on quarterly basis and taking follow-ups regard pending cases from concern purchase section to meet any urgency of materials
•Monthly supervision of physical stock reports
•Supervising materials inspection by end users, tagging and materials transferred to store stock
•Liaison between end users and procurement sections regarding dispute cases of foreign and local purchase
•Handling of all disposal of materials matters and transfer to concern store scrap yard for disposal after approval
•Supervise two years internal and external Health & Safety Environment audits
•Supervise two years internal and external audits of high value items.
