• Managing commercial division of the Freight Forwarding dept (Import & Export). • Management of the portfolio of key accounts, overseeing all aspects of their logistics requirements. • Focusing on specific verticals targeted key clients in Pharma/Healthcare, FMCG, Automotive, & Petrochemicals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery, resulting in significant reduction in operational errors. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements, consistently achieving \[15%\] annual revenue growth. • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, leading to a \[20%\] increase in client spend within the first year. • Maintain a 70% customer retention rate by providing exceptional support, addressing issues promptly, and exceeding client expectations. • Conduct regular business reviews with key clients, highlighting performance metrics and proposing strategic improvements.
• KAM experience in petrochemical segmentation. Responsible to maintain and develop export volumes for clients such as Exxon Mobil and Sumitomo Chemical Asia. Also responsible to onboard B2C for dry unit export businesses.
• Contribution towards growth in Saudi exports for niche market and specials division, including Flat Racks, Open Tops and Reefers.
• Experience in Reefer Sales & Marketing with FMCG clients. Providing E2E supply chain solutions from quoting stage to delivering goods whether from p2p or p2w.
• Conducting sales activities, opportunity management and account strategies in CRM Sales Force.
• Liaising with regional management in monitoring performance for specials and reefers. Providing market feedback on upcoming trends and contributing to the budget accordingly.
• Liaising with Operations management to secure units for equipment forecast and vessel allocation management.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager (Local & Export markets).
Duties & responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Marketing Launch Campaigns and Sampling Activities -Brand awareness, planning, organizing, implementation & management. Marketing activities execution with focus on schools, offices, universities, institutes, hyper shopping malls & hospitals.
• POSM Distribution in the Market - Ensuring brand visibility and equipment distribution such as chillers, peeling stations, freezers and stands. Projects execution in revamping the equipment concepts.
• Marketing Budget and Procedures - Preliminary marketing projects initiation. Preparing, updating and reviewing KSA marketing budget.
• Branding - Communication and coordination with advertisement and promotion agencies to conduct branding on existing required assets or new projects.
• Market Visits - Weekly follow ups & control on our products availability and visibility in the market with customer's and client's feedback for the Western region. Assessment and analyzing new trends and fashion in markets.
• Sales Department - Providing vital marketing support in face of products promotions at potential new locations, resulting in sales boost.
• Export markets - Hands on experience for export market requirements in several projects, covering Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, Qatar, Algeria and Kuwait.
• Handling plant operations in western region (Jeddah, Makkah, Abha, Tabuk).
• Ensure continuous improvement of plants performance in all key areas.
• Execute quality audits and follow up the corrective actions.
• Maintain an accurate reporting of stock along with regular audits.
• Responsibility for subcontractor relations and performance.
• Ensure production process is maintained to plan & quality criteria.
• Ensure all plant activities comply with current Health & Safety legislation.
• Project management for key projects in Operations.
• Managing efficiency of material usage and capacity utilization.
• Training service providers staff in Operations.
• Ensure service providers and manufacturers are working in line with SOP’s and standardized processes.
• Coordination with execution team to ensure truck turn around logs is maintained, and data is analysed.
• Ensure transporters compliance to safety SOPs and guidelines at all plants.
