Job responsible;
• Preparation of Take-off tender quantities as per Tender drawings and specifications, comparing with the quantities given in the Client BOQ, if necessary, raising the query and solve it by Tender Addendum.
• Researching, sourcing, negotiating, and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Analyzing of rates for Labor, Material and Plant to build up costing, pricing, and analysis of direct and indirect cost for the BOQ items.
• Submitting the Monthly Payment Application (PA) / Invoice based on the valuing of executed works at site with Coordination with Site team including the works related to the signed contract, works related to variations, Material on site (MOS) with all the related documents. and liaise with Consultant for certification
• Verifying quantities achieved by sub-contractors.
• Verifying & Certifying sub-contractor monthly invoices.
• Preparation of FAS (Final Accounts Statement) for sub-contractor.
• Facilitating data for invoicing purpose.
• Coordination for GIS as-built submission to Town Planning sector, Spatial Data Division Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM).

• Preparation of construction drawings related Structural, Architectural & MEP as per design data & technical reports.
• Preparation of Submission drawings for approval from client and relevant Govt. authorities, MDA (Mirpur Development Authority), Mirpur Azad & Jammu Kashmir.
