Analyze Engineering drawings and technical specifications to validate the compliance of the equipment,
Conduct final inspection “Primary& control testing” (FQC) of the assembled Switchgears/equipment’s including McSet 17.5KV & F400 36KV, Relay Control Panels, Blok-Set Low voltage & MCC,
Perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) with the customer and prepared FAT test reports,
Ensure the proper “Electrical & Mechanical” functioning of the Equipment manufactured,
Conduct In-Line Testing of the Schneider products and equipment’s and issue corrected “As Manufactured”,
Follow-up concerned section for any ambiguous design and raise non-conformity for defective components,
Ensure testing and pre-commissioning in accordance with the contract, Conduct customer quality claim investigation, Ensure the closing of detected issues (Snag list) with the Project Manager
Ensure tests and pre-commissioning in accordance with the contract, Maintain local legislation and Health and Safety rules, Schneider Production System implementation and continuous improvement,
