As Officer - Collection, SME & Retail :
- Achieve monthly target of loan realization, team monitoring and client monitoring.
- Playing a significant role as a prime responsible for the customer services department.
- Cater the needs of the customer -both existing & prospective clients in the light of banks policy & guidelines.
- Manage client relationship & service as a local branch or the bank contact.
- Special duty to serve prestigious client
- Regularly reporting to Zonal Manager and High Management on their expectation.
- Checking all kind of internal documents and Ledgers of the Zonal Office.
- Continuously monitoring the business of the client as well as sharing ideas of business condition and business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all internal & external (regulatory) Policy/PPG/Circulars related to sanctioning of a credit facility.
- Identify Credit Risk & Mitigates associated with a loan proposal and Recommend for Approval with appropriate terms and condition after through Credit assessment. Prudential Guidelines for Small Enterprise Financing (BB), Credit Policy for Small Enterprise Financing (internal), PPGs of different SME Products are the policy documents often required to be consulted with during discharging the above responsibilities.

- Proposal making for advances of overdraft & Cash Credit
- Different kinds of loan product marketing such as, Small & Medium Business Loan Scheme.
- Achieve monthly target of loan disbursement and realization, team monitoring and client monitoring.
- Cater the needs of the customer -both existing & prospective clients in the light of banks policy & guidelines.
- Manage client relationship & service as a local branch or the bank contact.
- Regularly reporting to Zonal Manager and High Management on their expectation.
- Checking all kind of internal documents and Ledgers of the Zonal Office.

- Maintain all kinds of collection and payments by corresponding Bank Accounts.
- Manage client relationship & service as a local branch or the bank contact.
- Special duty to serve prestigious client
- Regularly reporting High Management on their expectation.
- Checking all kind of internal documents and Ledgers of the Office
- Opening BO Accounts for New Clients and Maintaining their BO Accounts.
