As a Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence Analyst, I was responsible for the operations of large-scale DWH/BI solution (Oracle Communication Data Model) to support the ETL and the operational, tactical and strategic reporting by ensuring Timely Delivery of KPIs within SLA, along with Problem analysis and resolution, RCAs, Trend monitoring, Data consistency.
•I am responsible for daily DWH/BI operations related to (ETL, Staging/Target Area, OLAP, Dimensional Modeling, Data Marts).
•My JDs include completion of daily ETLs life cycle, and ensuring its data quality and consistency along with troubleshooting, RFC implementation, liaison with L3 support for problem fixing related to ODI and OBIEE platforms.
•Played key role in OCDM Re-design project, designed to implement extensive process automation, OGG (Oracle Golden Gate) to ensure data quality with speed. The result has been incredible in terms of data availability to the customer. The data availability time has fallen down from 6:00 PM (for sysdate-1) to 09:00 AM.

As Sr. Consultant for SQC - (A SOC solution provided by IBM to monitor and improve the IT/Network QoS provided by Mobily-KSA to its consumer and corporate customers), worked with SQM Project Team for handover of Operations of these Services: GSM/GPRS/LTE/Corporate/SMS/Applications. The solution was based on complex design - a conglomerate of Tivoli Net cool/Omnibus software, Data Stage & Adapter processing, Oracle DB, SAP BI with a background of Core, RAN knowledge about 2G/3G/LTE/FDD networks, so all the operational knowledge handover and transition from Project Team to Operations team was my responsibility from SQC side. Implementation of SQM solution by IBM for monitoring Mobily’s Network & IT performance to ensure Quality of Service to the customers.
• ETL processing of PM/FM Data and Alarms received from multiple Networks (2G/3G/4G) and translating it to standardized KQIs and KPIs on data stage server and converted to KPIs & KQIs for Voice, SMS, Connect, LTE services.
• Analysis of the Quality Model, Incident Management and follow ups with the stakeholders
• Documentation of the RCAs and continual improvement of the Quality Model in place.
• Designed, developed, automated and scheduled the BO reports for the top management’s daily review.
