• Assist the general accountant by checking the sun system data entry with the financial documents before the final posting.
• Prepare comparative reports analyzing the activities as per approved work plan with the activities reported in the financial report.
• Analyze the monthly budget versus actual reports of food voucher project to monitor the expense and inform the Finance Officer/Finance Manager of any significant variances.
• Prepare monthly fund report of project to monitor total funds released, expenses accounted for and remaining balance.
• Maintain ledger accounts of company on monthly basis.
• Maintain records pertaining to Assets of the project.
• Carry out a physical verification of assets of project on six-monthly basis
• Assist the Finance Officer and Finance Manager in facilitation of the annual audit of the grant or any other specific grant audits.
• Preparing year-end closing of accounts, in consultation with Finance Officer/Finance Manager.
• Advising the Finance Officer/Manager for monthly Cash projection on monthly basis.
