Assisting and giving advice for operation team for running Air Liquide APSA L6 and Air Cryo Air separation plants. Creation of Accident and Trip History according to SIS standards. Review project documents like Instrument Datasheets, FDS, P&ID, PFD and PDB drawings, SLD and Wiring Diagrams etc. prior to installation, Creation of Punch list, Pre Start-Up Safety Review (PSSR), Ready for Startup Review (RFSR), Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs), Management of Change (MOCs), Incident reports with Root Cause Analysis, Inventory lists, Yearly Maintenance Budget, Daily and Monthly production reports, Accident Risk Analysis, Generic Risk Analysis, Spatial Risk Analysis.

Taking care of the maintenance of various instruments in Compressors, chiller, dryer, heat exchangers, expander, argon skid etc in Air Separation Plant
Doing a major role in the maintenance of cooling towers and Reverse Osmosis Water treatment Plant.
Responsible for the Fire Alarm Detectors and Alarm Panels and Fire Pump maintenance.
Designed some control systems as per the customer requirement like Auto cylinder switching system, LPG mix cutting gas (NC+) distribution system etc.
Involving in designing, P&ID preparation, procurement and installation of company's new expansions like Helium distribution plant.

Handling the Installation of all type of field instruments and control room instruments, calibration, testing & maintenance procedure.
Dealing with instrument vendor during stage of procurement.
Installation and commissioning of CCTV networks
Installation of automated office systems and wired and wireless CCTV networks
IP enabling for wireless cameras in CCTV networks
Reading and understanding P&IDs.
Calibration of various type of smart Transmitter with help of HART(model 275 and 375)
Calibration of smart control valves with help of HART(model 275 and 375)
Fire & Gas Detection System (F&G DS) installation and maintenance.
Cable pulling, Meggering, cable termination, functional test and commissioning of instruments from field to DCS through JBs
Played a key role in managing maintenance on short/long term contracts.

Designing of electrical and Instrumentation drawings with the help of draftsmen.
Prepare the Specifications and sizing of Instruments and Control Valves.
Facilitate good working environment and guiding the technicians.
Inspecting all installations are according to the design and meet all code requirements.
