• Providing technical support to more than hundred users both in Head office and Plant Site.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of all kinds including Network & Desktop Hardware and Software.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of peripheral devices including Printer and scanners.
• Coordinate with Assistant Manager in strengthening the company existing I.T infrastructure.
• Communicate with vendors for the necessary equipment as well as maintenance.

• Coordinate and assist System Administrator and our technical team in managing and maintaining the operations of our Enterprise Data center.
• Maintain and Manage the Inventory of all types of Network hardware and software equipment to be used in the Enterprise Infrastructure includes routers, servers, switches, patch cords, IP Phones, PCs and other peripherals etc.
• Configure router and switches if there’s some requirement in existing network and user end devices (Laptops, PCS, Printers & Scanners and IP Phones etc.) attached to the existing Network.
• Provide on demand In house Desktop support to the users of organization comprises of more than 50 employees.
• Trouble-shoot Network at the associate level, system and hardware related problems within minimum prescribed time and properly document applying ISO Document format with the update in Knowledge base.
• Contact and coordinate with the vendors and Service providers for necessary procurement and services.
• Purchase new Equipment if required in competitive market rate.
• Create Logs and Submit Daily Reports to the Line Manager.
• Research and development in the latest technologies to update and streamline the existing infrastructure.
• Responsible for the entire IT infrastructure and technical support to customers. Deployment of product to the end user with extensive training.
• Specialized in all kinds of IT products such as ERP solutions, Health Care Solutions for Hospitals, Campus Solutions for Colleges & Universities and network & firewall devices etc.
• Creating necessary documentations and correspondence with clients and suppliers negotiations. Experience in creating local area network, administrating, and configuring, managing and troubleshooting network, WAN and Wireless devices.
• Experience in Managing windows based servers. Providing Technical support to clients through remote desktop tools/rdp and team viewer, resolving desktop, development, deployment and implementation issues regarding ERPs. Exchanging technical discussion with my Company’s outsourcing developer’s team.
• Company’s products were mainly developed in .NET and backend databases My SQL and for Campus Solution (Web Based) Oracle. Documenting the unresolved issues and forward to the developers and then resolve the issues with their mutual assistance. Troubleshoot in house and client end technical issues.
