Sourcing of business loan, business facilities ( LC, Chq discount etc ) and end to end process till disbursal and repayments
Consumer Banking
Develop a potential customer database for new business development.
Converting prospects into clients for consumer banking (Payroll, SME CASA Account, Personal loan, Credit Card & Mortgage loan).
Accessing needs of the customers and providing best solutions to their needs.

SME Banking
Business development (i.e. to acquire new business for the bank)
Sourcing customers for Business Installment Loan, SME CASA and Express Trade Services (All types of L/C, LBD, Trust Receipt, Bank Guarantee and over draft) of Standard Chartered Bank’s SME (Small and medium Enterprises) department in pan UAE as per bank’s policies.
Customer retention and Maintaining Key accounts for the Bank.
Cross sell other bank products to increase total portfolio for the bank.
Follow up of the pending cases and completing formalities post approval
Coordinating with credit department on pending cases.
Purchase/Sourcing and finalization of product and supplier.
Negotiation of terms and conditions with suppliers (Margin, lead time, schemes, bonus etc).
Execute purchase orders and product entry in system (Navision Retail pro software system and distribution of paper works)
Arrangement of planogram of Q Mart stores.
Preparation of data analysis, sales, inventory, turnover of different vendors and verify their Accounts.
Manage and coordinate supply chain according to purchase of supply and stores/customer demand.
Check and coordinate with receiving personals regarding stock issues and receiving process.
Follow up of payments to vendors according to agreed terms and maintaining good relations.
Setting up sales & marketing strategies to optimize the performance of the key products.
Coordinate with supply chain.
Establishment of efficient sales operations
