I worked as a production engineer responsible for the production lines in the factory. My responsibilities include optimizing and improving the production lines, setting goals for production, and implementing various methodologies such as 5S, KAIZEN, 6 SIGMA, TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM) and PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act). I calculate the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Overall Process Efficiency (OPE) for the production lines, identifying and converting production losses into profits. I study the necessary time for producing each piece and implement it. I create Value Stream Maps to visualize and analyze the production process. I work as an internal auditor in the company. Additionally, I am responsible for coordinating production meetings, recording decisions, disseminating information, and ensuring the implementation of decisions, during my professional experience, I joined the International Automechanika Istanbul Exhibition, where I represented the company, showcased its products, and highlighted the differences from competing companies' products.
Entering, leaving and removing iron from the system using the Gabi system, tracking the found materials.
