I’m Group Human Resources and Administration Director at AlSadhan Group, inculding 6 companies, core business FMCG & Supermarkets such as AlSadhan supermarkets, 9 stores, SPAR Supermarket, 5 stores & 6 new convinces store, etc

My main role is Managing HR Function (HR& Administration Department)
Consultant of multiple HR projects as:
build recruitment team, re-structure of HR department, recruit a key positions & senior positions etc,
AL-Kaffary Group has different companies as wholesale & retail the following:

AL-Kaffary Furniture (home & office, classic Furniture)
AL-Kaffary flooring & decoration
High point (modern Furniture)
Modern Palace (new classic Furniture)
My role was managing HR & Admin function as the following:
Organization Re-Engineering for all the group; reorganize & build the main department/section, Redistribution and the separation of the functions and responsibilities, Correct and developing the operation producer & process to Reduce expenses.
Support to Department and Section as IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Projects, Purchasing, warehouse....etc. lead all department (Manager team) to developing the main business.
Solving the Top Management problems with CEO & others managers.
Manpower planning (1500+ employees) with top management.
Manage & Supervision the HR, Personnel and Administration services.
Representation of the pleadings judicial and legal claims and labor….etc.
From 2011 to 2013 I'm working as Development Director, plus of HR, and my role was:
working with all departments to develop the Managers, key Employees & the Business, from inside the departments and market..
All day to day operation
From 2000 Till 2003 as a Personnel officer.
From 2003 Till 2005 as an Administration Section Head.
