Organization Re-Engineering for all the group; reorganize & build the main department/section, Redistribution and the separation of the functions and responsibilities, Correct and developing the operation producer & process to Reduce expenses.
Support to Department and Section as IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Projects, Purchasing, warehouse....etc. lead all department (Manager team) to developing the main business.
Solving the Top Management problems with CEO & others managers.
Manpower planning (1500+ employees) with top management.
Manage & Supervision the HR, Personnel and Administration services.
Representation of the pleadings judicial and legal claims and labor….etc.
From 2011 to 2013 I'm working as Development Director, plus of HR, and my role was:
working with all departments to develop the Managers, key Employees & the Business, from inside the departments and market..
