 Measuring the operational performance of the department/organization using accident reports, near miss reports etc.
 Inspecting all protection/mechanical equipments, handling tasks like accident reporting, Investigation review, Creating emergency plan for combating accidents, etc.
 Mentoring team members to ensure efficiency in process operations & meeting of project targets. Advising employees on safe & health work practices; handling work permits, conducting safety drills demonstration and trainings on HSE topics/regulations etc.
