Al Shafar National Contracting is a Building Construction company in Dubai which deal with A to Z Construction work of Residential Building and Hotel Apartments (Multi Story Buildings). I am serving the role of Lead Engineering Draftsman for Civil Works in the company since 2014 which I consider an added advantage to my profile.
Job Role:-
• Reviewing contract drawings and resolving anomalies.
• Reviewing the specifications and drawings of the project using the checklist and recording our compliance against the requirements, exclusions and qualifications.
• Prepare Reinforcement schedule and drawings for execution using CADRC.
• Analyze and Understand the Project Plan and schedule the different phases of the implementation of projects accordingly.
• Distributing scheduled work with other team members, monitor and giving required technical support to the other team members and making sure the work meet criteria
• Prepares Architectural, Structural & Interior shop Drawings using Auto CAD and CADSRC, preparation of shop drawings submittal to the consultant / client, & handling the track list
• Preparing All Mobilization & Interlock Paving (Landscape) Drawings for DM, DEWA & RTA (Authorities) Approval
• Final checking of shop drawings before sending to the Approval Authority.
• Involved the local Project Co-ordination, Drawings, BOM, Preparations of specifications and technical plans, and documentation as per Company Standard
• Resolving the technical queries arising from different departments like Q.S & Purchase.
• Preparing Weekly Work Execution Progress Report & co-ordinate with planning department.
• BOM Preparation of architectural internal & external finishes respect to the final approved shop drawings for final purchases and evaluation variation.
• Interface with the customer, general contractors and architects on various RF Sheading construction projects as well as project managers for the project inputs, approval and the documentation
• Supervision/execution and assuring that the construction is as per the approved layouts and project specifications.
• Ensure the quality of materials as per the technical specifications.
• Ensure that all the works meet the stipulated quality standards.
• Proper management of materials and workmanship.
• Communicate the medical shielding design and technical details during the onsite installation as a site engineer for the assigned medical copper shield projects and Test& Measurements chamber in ISRO (SAC) Ahmadabad.
• Involved the local RF shield development, Drawings, BOM, Preparations of specifications and technical plans, and product testing and documentation as per ISO 9001:2008:
• Preparing progress reports.
• Coordinate and control the subcontractor’s at site and verify subcontractor’s payments.
• Coordination with consultants and clients.
