• Responsibilities:

A- Technical Support:
• Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all senior engineer are actively working toward established milestones.
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions and resolve.
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects.
• Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical department.
• Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation.

B- Materials:
• Provide leadership of all construction projects specific to onsite material deliveries and logistics plan.
• Feedback to delivery defects, overages, late arrivals, etc.
• Works with Superintendent and Project Manager to understand and help manage project specific schedules.
• Responsible for daily schedule adherence to ensure accuracy of material deliveries. Ability to communicate effectively with office teams.

• Coordinate with Project team and Logistics team to achieve goal in time delivery.
• Comfortable with navigating within software system. And understanding ability to adapt to changing processes and priorities.
• Review takeoffs provided and verify the amount of materials needed for each delivery.
C- Procurement:
• Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
• Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
• Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
• Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
• Preparing procurement reports.

D- Quantity Surveying:
• Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials.
• On-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work.
• Feasibility studies of client requests.
• Analyzing completed work and arranging payment to contractors.
• Site visits, assessments and projections for future work.
• Managing costs to make sure that the initial budget isn't exceeded.
• Advising on the potential of a site and working out what a client can afford to build (feasibility).
• Presenting detailed information on the cost of particular elements of work on a periodic basis to enable payment for those works carried out to date (valuations).
• Organizing the division of a project into its component work packages, then awarding these work packages to smaller (subcontractors).
