● Performed installation and modification of building equipment systems
● Part of the pre-opening team and plan, coordinate and execute
renovation projects.
● Responsible to oversee the operation, troubleshooting, and repairs to
all mechanical, electrical, kitchen, laundry equipment, control
systems, painting & carpentry.
● Maintaining life safety and critical building systems
● Monitoring & optimizing the heat, light and power consumptions and
putting the required energy conservation and saving plan
● Assumes the duties and responsibilities of the Director of Engineering
when required.
● Mange all expenses within the allotted budget and recommend cost-
effective solutions to maintain building structures and related systems
● Additional duties include providing input to personnel performance
evaluation, employee development, recruiting and workload
planning/forecasting.
● Completes administrative duties including budgeting, CAPEX, FF&E,
invoice review and approval, department weekly work schedules and
personnel reviews
● Order and stock the maintenance supplies to avoid any shortages
● Follow up for the outside contractors and major system inspections.

● Prepare work schedule and progress report and reporting directly to
the consultant.
● Monitor work quality and raise request for inspections for completed
works
● Contact equipment suppliers, coordinate documents & reports, follow
up warranties.
● Review design proposals and provide cost estimates based on those
design documents

● Testing & commissioning of HVAC, Firefighting & Plumbing systems.
● Installation of HVAC system comprising Air Cooled Chiller along with
allied equipment like pump, Expansion tank, Air separator, AHU’s,
FCU’s, Piping, Insulation, Exhaust Fans & its Ducting etc.
● Preparation of final handover drawings, documents, manuals,
warranty etc.
● Balancing of chilled water, air balancing etc. and testing
commissioning of BMS.

Installation of DX system along with Package units and Split Air-
conditioning units piping and electrical works.
* Providing drawing and Information to contractors and site personnel
