Role: 3PL Logistics MAF Carrefour:
•Overseeing & coordinating with MAF CARREFOUR team for the delivery of crates
•Execute, organize, direct, and run optimum shift operations to exceed our customers' expectations
•Maintain productivity, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
•Be responsible for productivity output, service quality and on-time service delivery
•Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
•Keep shift members focused and lead by example
•Prioritize and manage critical areas and issues on every shift
•Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
•Develop and maintain a professional and ethical working relationship with work group.
•Commit to plant safety procedures and all OHS guidelines and policies
•Address employees' issues or grievances and promote a healthy working environment
•Report and provide constant feedback to the Operations manager
•Team Management for all warehouse operation as shift manager.
•Planning, Co-coordinating and managing the washing the crates from MAF carrefour for recycling for the delivery.
•Conducting Training regarding (tool talk, Hygiene training, First Aid, Washing crates rules & HACCP.
•Managing all Warehouse operations like Inbound, Warehousing, and Local Distribution etc..., resources and manpower in a practical and economical aspect.
•Playing a key role in the overall strategic direction of the department with the focus on achieving demanding KPIs
•Full responsibility for the Carrefour crates equipment recycling.
•Strong operational background
•Standards and results driven to match and exceed key performance indicators
•Well-developed communication skills with subordinates, peers and supervisors
•Supping crates to different suppliers.
•Shift handling with implementing the HACCP
•Conducting perpetual inventory on daily basis
•Assign the daily tasks, Daily, Weekly & monthly for the smooth running for the operation.
•Managing & supervising and coordinating unloading of inbound shipments
•Oversee the space management regarding storage
•Picking and staging of outbound shipments in accordance with the highest possible levels of productivity
•Ensuring quality control for all outbound shipments
•Putting information onto the Warehouse management system (G-Track)
•Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all products are properly counted
•Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
•Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment (Weekly Checklist for Forklifts)
•Ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are assigned effectively and completed
•Discipline Orientated. Understands the need to drive discipline.
