• Serving as a single point of contact for all interface design, assessment, negotiation, approval, and execution of commercial agreements between third parties.
• Interfacing and liaising with the third party to ensure compatible coordination with a focus on commercial aspects of the projects. Striving to avoid disputes, time overruns, and compensation claims.
• Maintaining immaculate documentation and reporting processes; ensuring interface risks are properly identified and that mitigation actions are in place and followed.
• Mapping the stakeholders of the interface deliveries and planning how to manage and control diverse expectations and potentially conflicting agendas with all stakeholders, including customer experts, consultants, key internal and external parties involved, engineering sub-contractors, partners, etc.
• Fostering a collaborative approach, disseminating Interface information to all Project Stakeholders, and ascertaining everyone understands key issues and appropriate interventions are developed and implemented.

• Provided engineering excellence for monitoring quality across all stages of construction and pre-commissioning while adhering to applicable standards and project specifications.
• Expertise in ensuring quality management support to SAPMT and maintaining detailed records of work performed by the contractor to ensure quality and accuracy, as well as meeting regulatory requirements.
• Implemented the necessary measures to track contractor activities, and a look-ahead schedule (two-week look ahead) to develop accurate plans for all work.
• Trusted to lead the overall implementation of Quality Control following the quality plan, inspection and test plan, and documented procedures like SATIP, SAIC, SATR, PRE-COMM Forms, and SAMMS.

• Prepared detailed checklist for equipment installed including transformer, power cable, control cable, a power distribution unit, disconnecting switch, SWGRs, MCC, Circuit Breakers, Switch Boards and Panel Boards electrical conduit, terminal block, cable tray for indoor and outdoor plant and electrical related all material.
• Established SATIP, SAIC & SATR for electrical & instrument material inspection, installation & testing.
• Inspected, monitored, calibrated, and checked instruments. Participated in the development of quality control reports and procedures as well as non-conformance with the customer’s representative & sub-contractor to ensure superior quality.
