Responsibilities include:
• Take the hiring action using SAP.
• Administrate HR recruitment system (e-recruitment) to ensure all data are in place when used by targeted users.
• take all transactions related to hiring with the candidates and the leaders
• Administer all screening assessments.
• Conduct recruitment campaign.
• Represent EQUATE in communicating with agencies during external hiring activities.
• Communicate job offer to agency/applicant and follow up on feedback.
• Initiate work visa request formalities and send work permit documents to agencies.
• Maintain relationship with educational institutes in Kuwait (eg. Universities), other student's unions and Manpower Government Restructuring Program (MGRP)
• Develop annual plan & budget for recruitment activities. (exhibitions, sponsorships)
• Coordinate with educational institutes in the participation in job fairs, Graduation projects to maintain an effective interface with targeted graduated students.
• Participate in students educational sessions to explain EQUATE working environment, culture and benefits. Provides regular HR support to candidates/employees in answering/ responding to their queries related to Staffing activities.
• Organize and Participates in testing new changes in the policy/procedure/system.
• Manage EQUATE on boarding program.
• Select the internship programs students according to EQUATE needs.

• Fully planned a lot of events locally and internationally, such as a trip for 20 employees to Rome
