Responsibilities’;
• Purchasing Machines, Spare Parts, Tools, consumables Items from Local and from Foreign Market too;
• My division serve mainly Vehicles, Maintenance Department, Engineering Department, Production Department, HR Department & IT Dept.
• Consolidating & Collecting all local PR’s and department needs.
• Completing the buying cycle from getting quotations, negotiating Prices And selecting the best supplier who gives the best value.
• Issuing POs (Through SAP) on time with right Data.
• Maintaining all documents and Justification for selecting certain suppliers To enable the purchasing manager to release the orders.
• Following up purchasing policy and authority level before making buyingDecision.
• Sourcing and qualifying new vendors from Locally and from Abroad (China, Europe, India etc.) that can create competition Among other suppliers.
•Negotiating Contracts, Quotations with Local and International Suppliers .
• Opening LCs with the Foreign Vendors as per the agreements, Following up with the Banks /Finance department for Issuing LCs and Payments ..
• Coordinating with the Foreign and Local Suppliers for Shipments and required Documents for Clearance..
• Controlling and guiding field buyer to assess him finding new suppliers, Buying and delivering materials, getting quotations and taking samples.
• Maintaining Proper documents in a systematic and auditable Fashion .
