• Prepare supplier account reconciliation on monthly basis based on the categorization of suppliers and liaise with the respective department
regarding any unreconciled balances.
• Ensure all AP related policy, SOP compliance, and update the non-compliance tracker for any exceptions approved by management.

• Purchase Vouchers posting in the ERP system. • Petty cash & process payments as per invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements, and statements. • Reconciliation of bank statement. • Monthly salary & wages, petty cash and other journal posting. • Daily bank receipts/ payments postings in ERP.
