Role Description:
- Act as a focal point between Customer team and offshore team.
- Establish project mile stones with customer’s focal point.
- Resolve any issues highlighted by offshore team.
- Check the drawings as per customer standards before final submission.
- Submit project status report to customer focal point / manager.
Deployment / Contract by: Seine Aerospace Products Design, UAE
Role Description:
- Develop welding process Instruction’s for fabrication of 4x4 Soft Skin, Armored and Internal Security vehicle cabins.
- Develop work Instructions for painting / protective coating of all armored vehicles and Internal Security vehicles manufactured in a new plant.
- Communicate with the welder’s / operators for any change or difficulty in the process, verify them and update the instructions accordingly.
- Update the necessary design engineering changes / revisions to internal customer (Production & Fabrication) through the required documents.
- Prepare work instructions for operating hydraulic controlled Jigs and fixtures.
Deployment / Contract by: Seine Aerospace Products Design, UAE
Role Description:
- Prepare manufacturing bill of materials (MBOM) for vehicles like soft skin, armored, internal security vehicle, etc. and upload them in Dynamics GP for each sub-stations.
- Provide routings for the material flow on each assembly work station’s through GP.
- Release Manufacturing Orders through GP and sorting out the discrepancies raised by internal customer (production).
- Upload the process time in GP in-order to capture and maintain the MPS (Master Production Schedule) which highlights the scheduling issues on releasing MO’s.
- Update the MBOM with respect to the engineering changes / requirement from internal inputs like Design, procurement, etc.
Role Description:
- Creation of welding process and painting process instructions for a welded of 4x4 Station Wagon armored cabins and Cargo Boxes.
- Preparation of maintenance manual for an operating 4x4 Station Wagon Armored vehicle.
- Supporting for preparation of parts catalogue manual with ILS Team.
- Coordinating with Supply Chain Management for sorting out manufacturing / quality issues at supplier ends.
- Supplier sourcing for New Product Development.
Division: Air Suspension
Role Descriptions:
- Responsible for entire Welding Process Engineering activities in Air Suspension weld shop (Manual & Robotic Welding - GMAW, TIG, and SMAW.
- Responsible for ISO/TS documents control on weld shop.
- Developing WPS, PQR and welder qualification as per standards for any NPD.
- Prepared Procedures, SOP’s, Work Instructions and Weld Map for air suspension welding components.
- Ensuring Quality of welds by monitoring on random destructive tests and welder performance as per internal procedure.
- Preparation and controlling of impact register subjected to EMS certification (ISO 140001).
- Using 3M report (Toyota Production System), Analyze and adopt new manufacturing / fabrication technics to reduce cycle time for a task based on Value Stream Mapping project.
- Internal Auditor for ISO/TS-16949.
- Internal Auditor for ISO 14001 (EMS).
