 Reporting to the CEO/MD, leading a team of 14 resources for multiple projects across Kingdom and overall management of Ecommerce Development, IT Infrastructure and Security systems.  Responsible to lead, develop and manage the IT Strategy, Digital Transformation, Prepare Strategy Roadmap, Budgeting and IT Service Delivery across multiple domains of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for Fashion Retail, Real estate and Manufacturing companies.  Implemented Cyber Secured environment after a clean recovery. Ensured consistent improvement through migration and creation of new disaster recovery plan for improving data center tear three in-line with international standards of high cyber security protection.  Implemented D365 F&O, Store Commerce, PowerBI, Ecommerce with ClicknCollect, Store fulfillment, Paylater options (both ecommerce & offline stores) & implemented new WMS for our semi-automated Advanced warehouse.  IT Cost reduced with SDWAN implementation and managed through inhouse team.

Accountabilities:  Reported to the Chief Information Officer and led up to 60 resources for execution of projects for multi divisions (Fashion Retail/F&B/FMCG) retail chain (600) in GCC.  Coordinated with business teams to study/analyze & discuss the business requirements and gather/finalize business requirements to create project scope and develop new solutions/enhance existing applications.  Analyzed Infrastructure requirement for project recommendation, while developed full scale project plans/timelines, defined project tasks, allocated resources and provided direction & support to project team.  Participated in Functional & Technical Design reviews, ensuring successful implementation and timely deliver of the projects with proper Sign off document. Updated the project milestones from the feedback, in the steering committee meetings and reported status to the management & relevant business heads/stakeholders.  Maintaining 6 different servers for WMS Database, RF Integration, BOOMI, Application, Recovery, GOH and Test and Training Servers. Successfully implemented a new picking system Cross Docking to speed up the stock clearance to the stores, after implementing this system 50% lead time could be saved in receiving and dispatching process from the warehouse
