Responsibilities:
* Acting Project Manager for a residential project.
* Day-to-day Managing the activities on the site ensuring all quality, safety & cost including monitoring the Site labor force and subcontractors works.
* Ensuring all work align with the Project Management Plan & Project documents &Preparing reports, submittals, letters and any needed response.
* Ordering and submitting materials and materials samples.
* Preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings.
* Preparing and updating works time schedule.
* Review Contracts and Prepare interim payments, variations and claims to be submitted to the main contractor & Pricing any variations.
* Participated in project close-out.
Responsibilities:
* Developing Project Management Plan & other Project document, Scheduling and Monitoring using planning software Primavera P6.
* Developing Projects Baselines. Containing of Scope, Schedule and Cost.
* Developing Project Management Manual. Containing Processes, Procedures and Templates.
* Estimating, Costing, Quantity take off, Quantity bifurcation and distribution as per Project Documents.
* Preparation of Daily, weekly/ monthly progress reports.
* Developing WBS, Resource Loading, Resource Leveling and Identifying and analyzing critical path, progress tracking.
* Developing Manpower Histograms, Progress S-Curves and 2-week, 3-week look ahead schedules.
* Preparing delivering, mobilization and arrangement plan of resources on site.
* Assist construction team in identification of extra work and Keeps a close watch on man-hours booking to appropriate cost center.
* Review and understand all relevant documentation pertaining to the project scope of work, project execution plan and conditions of contracts.
* Coordination with procurement department to ensure timely availability of materials at site as per plan
* Preparation of contingency plan.
* Preparing delay analysis.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and review engineering activity, provide support on Technical issues & establish measures for process performance.
* Supervision, monitoring, execution & reporting of all actual construction site activities ensuring all quality, safety & cost and preparing weekly/monthly progress reports.
* Inspection & checking reinforcement steel of all concrete works & Ensuring all work align with the design & Specifications.
* Specify required tests and Approval of test results for steel, cement, Concrete and soil.
* Quantity surveying of all site works for check and approval of contractor Payments.
* Managing & scheduling of manpower, material, equipment & all activities for actual daily needs on construction sites.
Successfully completed BSc of Civil Engineering with second upper Hons degree
