* Implemented and led the Balanced Score Card initiative, the primary evaluation tool for global sales
team including VPs and President across INTECH which stabilized business performance at critical juncture
for oil industry by maintaining revenue and contribution margins

* Liaised with marketing and sales teams within the BUs on customer research, customer surveys and

* Developed industry’s first maintenance outsourcing program improving service levels by approximately
90 percent

Maintenance Outsourcing Initiative-Engro Foods
* Designed the industry’s first maintenance outsourcing program for milk procurement network. This covered
feasibility, performance benchmarks and vendor shortlisting and selection. This resulted in improvements in
maintenance levels by about 90 percent
Strategic Study-Namal College
* Implemented a comprehensive research project to improve fund-raising and organizational capacity. Project
involved extensive research including field activity into donor behavior, motivation and linkage to political activity of
Imran Khan and providing insights into organizational conflict and structural issues.
Alternative Energy Market Analysis-Pacific Ancient Energy
* Conducted comprehensive market analysis determining the potential and application of the company's
products in selected areas. Explored alternative revenue streams to boost business potential.
