.• Upon receipt of enquiry from the Client trough sales, I will coordinate with our overseas agents / partners for rates. Once we get rates it will quote to the Client. After get Client confirmation, We have to coordinate with the Agent about the readiness of the cargo and follow the Consignment booking details or arrival details with the agents on basis of that we will open a Job by shipment wise or Client wise. And then with details available we can monitor the shipment arrivals and dispatch.

• Once the Consignment or Shipment reached at destination, we will collect D.O from concerned Shipping Line or Airlines. Along with D.O. we have to collect the Import or Exports documents from the Clients and handed over the same to the Clearance team after verification of the documents, like Is the documents are duly attested by the load port chamber of Commerce or not. If it is not legalized or chambered, we will inform to the Client to do the same or we will clear the shipment with the penalty .

• Sending documents to the Clearance team, getting Bayan, sending Proforma Invoice to the Client for duty charges. After duty paid arranging inspection after Customs approval arrange delivery of the consignment.

• From the day one we receive Client’s booking we have to inform them Day by day activities about their consignment.

• After clearance and delivery, we have to collect all the expenses details about their jobs from the concern personal and arrange Invoice. Will dispatch the Invoice with all the supporting documents related to the particular Jobs.
