• Inspect and Pest Control of palms and fruit trees pests at residential areas and farms in ​​AlAin city.
• Knowledge of hatching eggs seasons and the appearance of insects and knowledge of insects generations to deal with and control.
• Handling and using the insect traps such as: • Pheromone traps "red palm weevil"
• light traps "Akor, stem borer and Humera"
• Dealing with all pesticides in terms of: • safely and properly use of pesticides.
• knowing the percentages and the amount of pesticide required to mix with water
• knowing the appropriate times to spray insecticide solution to get the expected and desired results to eliminate the pest and avoiding the host trees damages
• knowing how to spray the pesticide solution to get the desired results
• Supervision and dealing with labours in terms of: • to guide the labours in the safe usage of insecticides.
• supervise the process of spraying insecticide solution untill the completion.
• communicate with the workers so as to spray on the safe and proper way.
• knowledge of first aid for poisoning and damaging caused by any mistake in the spraying process
