- Assessing and advising on pre-Investment, post-Investment and inclusive of divestment strategies on all matters relating to feasibility, cash flow management, forecast and managing returns to stakeholders through developing of financial modelling and scenario analysis.
- Performing market research, analysis and reports pertaining to economic, social and legal implications which give impact to the potential investment and existing investment in Joint Venture.
- Proposing and securing various business venture with potential partners and investors through negotiation on commercial and business terms. Negotiating banking facilities terms and conditions as well as preparing mandates, term sheets, business plan and Investor / Information Memorandum.
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of investments and preparing periodic reports for JV management committee, BoD and shareholders.
