Prepare the cost planning for the up coming Projects.
Checking project deliverables for which the Project Manager is responsible including tender documents produced by others.
Prepare the Design& construction Project Cost estimation
Review proposal specifications, project plans, and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
Provide complete conceptual and final estimating input on complex projects
Prepare estimates by calculating complete take-off of scope of work
Coordinate total estimating effort relevant to particular project as assigned
Preparations of RFPs, RFQs, tenders, bid evaluations, contract awards and preparation and execution of contract agreements.
Prepare, Review and verified Contractor’s progress payments, monitoring Project cost & budget and processing invoices using the SAP software and MS office as well.
Lead the Cost & reconciliation team(6 persons) in order to run the work efficiently
Insure all working documents and data are maintained to back-up estimate figures
Prepare, Review budget item summary report & monthly Project Update report (SAP software)
Prepare, Review cash flow & expenditures forecast for all ongoing and upcoming Projects
Prepare, Review supplement fund & cancellation (change order) as per the scope amendment.
Solicit contractor bids and vendor quotes
Interface with manager of Estimating, Business Group Leaders, Project Managers, design Consultants, vendors, and contractors to provide constructability and cost data.
Review and verify the quantities submitted by the design Consultants as well as calculations, and approve the quantities.
Review drawings and coordinate with discipline engineers where needed, and ensure reviewed drawings are available to all parties.
Work with Project Controls for budget estimate, manpower planning, budget monitoring, monthly and bi-monthly manpower reports.
Coordinate with F&A, Planning & Budget and other disciplines as needed.
Review design Consultants & contractors monthly invoices, drawings and manuals and monitor as-built.
