Managing and Controlling of Construction site (Hotel Apartments Structure & Finishing works).

To Look after Construction of Villas, Mansions from Planning, managing, timely ordering of materials, ensure work are carried out as per the approved drawings and project specifications, Getting clearances from all the departments before conducting an inspection, ensuring quality and safety at work, maintaining high quality standards, ensuring to achieve the set targets to complete, the project on time, Report day to day activities to the Projects Manager.
currently working for Mall project on finishing activities like Block work, surface preparation for painting, painting works, screed, waterproofing etc..

• Pre-start up activities for the assigned Project.
• Permissions from different authorities.
Understanding the Scope, Project specifications and Client /Consultant’s requirements for the assigned Project.
• Verifying approved plans, drawings and BOQ quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Quantity takeoff and other QS functions as required by Project manager.
• Requesting material requirements to Procurement Department as per Planned schedule to avoid delay to the execution works at site.
• Responsible for Material submissions & Samples according to planned schedule & project requirements.
• Responsible for coordination with the Design team for RFC drawings
• Responsible for coordination with the sub contractors for shop drawings & day to day activities.
• Documentation - Pre-Qualification of Vendors / Technical Submittals according to planned schedule & Project requirements.
• Coordinating with Client & Consultant for approvals.
• Preparing method statements for every activity well in advance and getting approval from the consultant / client.
• Preparing Daily Report & Site Progress Report for Consultant & Management.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Execution of works as per the approved drawings, specifications and instructions received from Project Managers.
• Directing, managing & Controlling Foremen & Workers at Site to meet Project milestones.
• Ensuring proper allocation of Manpower & its utilization.
• Measurement of works at site.
• Verifying and certifying the subcontractor’s bills.
• Attend internal meetings, address areas of concerns before they impact work progress by liaison with Higher Management.
• Attend weekly progress meetings with the Client, Project & Design Consultant, and Architects to solve Design, execution queries for the smooth and timely completion of the project.
• Preparing Red mark up drawing and As built drawings before energization.
• Finding of snags and attending them before commissioning as per DEWA requirement.
• Completion of projects as per programme within budget with Quality, safety and customer satisfaction

 Act as day-to-day manager on a construction site, and the main source of technical advice and quality control for everyone working on it. The role also involves levelling and surveying a site, checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations.
 Planning for Mobilisations and démobilisations of Assets, Manpower and Plant & Machinery.
 Monitor Progress and also setting out Target on monthly, weekly and Daily basis by Preparing look ahead Programme .
 Completion & Analysis of MIS reports and reporting to higher Management with an interpretation of the same.
 Notifying Delays.
 Claiming Time & Cost for Delays.
 Developing & Monitoring Project Control formats to execute project smoothly & with in time
