As a Leader of Recruitment within Alef Education, I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and implementing effective strategies across the Talent Acquisition functions. With a team of five under my management, I have provided end-to-end recruitment support to the business and Group. My expertise in Recruitment, Onboarding, and PRO functions has allowed me to develop and implement innovative solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives. • Two years of experience in performing the entire gamut of recruitment - Sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring the candidates for various technical and non-technical positions.
• Ensure planned, effective, and timely recruitment of personnel in accordance with the approved manpower plan and valid staff requisitions and responsible for developing and delivering recruitment solutions for the Airlines Corporate & Commercial Groups within Head Office and Outstations
• Recruit permanent and temporary vacancies by utilizing various mediums (web, company database, referral, position postings and job boards) as well as direct pinpoint recruitment
• Handling complete Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Evaluating, Salary Negotiations and Reference Checks.
• Conducting the preliminary telephonic interview to understand candidate’s competencies, like: interest towards the job, technical skills, qualifications, etc.
• Sourcing profile from various mediums like job portal, internal references, own databank, Head Hunting etc. Use effective resourcing strategies such as social media and LinkedIn.
• Responsible for counselling and reference check of all candidates on job opportunities, recruitment techniques, interviewing skills, and career paths.
• Ensures compliance with Qatar Labour Law.
• Attend Recruitment drives across Asia and Africa in order to seek talented candidate that will fit the profiles of the targeted vacancies.
Tracking locating and clearing packages via FedEx offices worldwide to insure smooth movement of commodities across the globe.
Acquired training in advance levels with working across various types of software’s(Gems/ Cosmos).
Deal with customers regarding account related matters such as, invoices, packages load and pick up locations.
Supporting the customer sales team and other concern department in terms of disruption and sales.
Support customer queries via website and contact center
