Payroll
- Run monthly Payroll ( Employee - Trainees )
- Time Evaluation.
- Processing off-Cycle payment Vacation - Bonuses - Ticket - Housing advances and Eos.
- Monthly Reports.
- Preparation of WPS file.
- Handling employee’s queries.
- posting payroll & other employees related accounting entries.

Working in:
- Government system ( GOSI, MOL, Muqeem, WPS and Saudization )
- Recruitment ( work in Opining Job, Posting, shortlist candidate, interview )

- Work in the Ministry of labor low of the following (contract, working hours, Holidays, wages and end of service).
- Work through all electronic government (GOSI, HRDF Ministry Of Labor and the Immigration Department…..)
- Work in personal affairs and reviewing salaries (Excel sheet) or (AX, Oracle and SAP) programs.
- Finish and follow all employee’s requirement (Vacation, Insurance issue, Job trip, Employee transfer, Labour camp resignations and end services...)
- Adjust the distribution of tasks and responsibilities to the staff in Human Resources Department.
- Evaluation and Develop the administrator and administrative activities.

- Manage and control documents in the human resources department (Personnel files - passports and Iqama - incoming and outgoing letters and circulars Files - the employees conversion and transfer between different locations )
- Finish all staff transactions (vacation requests - resignations - end services the renewal of the wage contract terms ...)

- Provide financial consulting for clients to join the savings investment programs in the long term.

- I worked as salesman sailing Perfume and watches, in one of the group branch in Makkah front of Al-Haram.
