Key Responsibilities:
Led the district consisting of (7 Main line stores, 2 Children stores and 2 concessions across Saudi and Bahrain) and owned the execution of the brand vision to drive consistent execution of the Burberry Experience across the allocated district by setting direction, coaching and developing the district team, and influencing regional decisions. Set the foundation for operational excellence and ‘best in class’ talent during the most historical moment of the brand transformation in parallel with the peak of change in the retail seen in the Saudi market.

Recruited a national team to match the Saudisation requirement in a timely manner and achieved the titanium classification for the company in Saudi, while protecting Expats across locally and across other regions by maintaining a 70-30% mix across the network
Organized the knowledge transfer between teams through the transition and started with the green team from scratch
Rolled out the TCE program across my district on phases: Back to basics, created a clear routine per store and
customised the Burberry ways of working per store and shop manager in order to achieve the desired zoning, 80-20%
as well as coaching and partnership moments before moving to the RTCE program
Ensured that all aspects of the business cycle are working in harmony through conf. calls with the store management
team analysing trade, VM, Training, Clienteling, policies and Retail on weekly bases in order to set actions and

• In-charge of distribution in Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon & Turkey region for all channels (SEPHORA & all other retailers like Debenhams, Vavavoom & PG and a few boutiques.) & entrusted to manage SEPHORA, the brand’s key retailor account, facilitating business development, gaining market share and ranking for the Middle East account GCC. regionally including strategic markets like (KSA, UAE, KWT, QAT & BAH) Split as follows:
