Responsibilities
# A global role, working with over 40 markets across multiple regions to drive adoption and utilization of Standard Chartered’s flagship corporate electronic channel, Straight2Bank.
# Champion for the Commercial and Business Clients segments of the Bank in driving and defining channel proposition and strategy.
# Commercialization (training) of new products and features on Straight2Bank Web to the frontline sales and relationship management teams.
# Identify and strategise opportunities for cross / up sell, Channel Pricing, Incentivisation, Manual to Electronic migration and through data analysis and management reports.
# Define and develop eLearning modules to up-skill frontline client service teams, develop broad range of marketing collaterals to drive utilization across the SME client base in the Bank.

# Successful delivery (Jun ’10 - Nov ’10) and implementation of Standard Chartered’s corporate banking via Mobile channel (iPhone, Android & Blackberry). Role included Business Analysis, Project Management and Financial Management.
# Successful delivery and implementation of Standard Chartered’s corporate internet banking channel for SME segment that included Project Management, Financial management (USD 3mn) and Business analysis in June 2010.
# Member of the Business Analysis team to have been involved in the American Express Bank’s Internet Channel integration with Standard Chartered’s Corporate Banking channel in May 2009.
# Project tracking of multiple projects, simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
# Assist Business teams in Test Planning (i.e.) UAT Planning, Test Strategy, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, etc.
# Conduct weekly Project Working Committee meetings and track the progress of the various projects. Prepare Steering Committee packs, Maintain Risk & Issue Register and financial management.

# Creation of Business Requirements and review of Functional Specification for Structured Products Business Intelligence Tool
# Involved in developing an Interface for Deutsche Bank’s OMS (DB Trader) with GL Trade Interface for Cash Equity Order placement and execution for 6 markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan & US). Role includes preparation of Business Requirements, Functional Specifications and Test Scope

# Involved in the implementation of the Wholesale Bank’s Collections product across 7 African markets; Role included Requirements management, Functional specifications, Testing & training of the product to the Cash Operations teams.

# Manage a vendor team providing second level support of Cash Applications such as Fee Billing, Fax Banking and Lock Box services. Role also involved preparation and maintenance of process manuals, quality plan, maintenance plan and support roster.

# Member of a team that provided 24x7 support for Wholesale Bank’s Electronic Banking application, eBanking. Role involved analysis and resumption of production issues, SLA management and maintenance of MIS databases.

# Member of a development team that specialized in Internet and Scripting technologies to build an online securities trading platform.
