• To design, develop and maintain from the ground up the Grants MIS application in LAMP environment
• To document and develop interfaces and linkages with existing MIS applications
• To work in close co-ordination with the web master to provision real time information to end users online
• To manage the Grants Database & application optimization
• To enter and verify and data if and when required Any other information management related task as assigned by the Manager MIS
• Perform any other duties assigned by the manager from time to time
• Database design, normalization, scalability and query optimization.
• Object-oriented software design and programming.
• Have knowledge of System Administration to act as a backup in his absence.
• Be driven by results and handling testing associated to the development.
• Have hands on exposure of complete software development life cycle.
• Ensure security of the system software.
• Help Desk support to the user of the system of all over the Pakistan.
• Management and troubleshooting software application, Database system, User access and privileges component and other services running on the system.
• Experienced in many PHP frameworks like Codeigniter, CakePHP, Xataface etc.
