• OMC/RNO Engineer for CDMA Smartfren project: - Configure RF parameter and neighbourlist for new strengthening site
- Define and configure neighborlist inter-frequency and inter-BSC and its related parameter such as define pilot beacon site
- Define and configure neighborlist DO 4-carrier expansion
- Make weekly report of KPI CDMA 1x-EVDO performance consist of (CSSR, CDR, HOSR, Voice&Packet Data Traffic Utilization, Power blocking, CH blocking)
- Report KPI performance new strengthening site and analyze to ensure KPI is achieved
- Analyze and solve low KPI performance
- Day to day optimization, analysis data from Performance statistic, Drive Test, alarms, FE/GE flux, Neighbour Statistic, Per-carrier statistic
- Optimize neighborlist distribution using ZXPOS CNO1

- Debuging and commissioning DSLAM ZXDSL-9806H (ZTE) and make sure optical link working well.
