(TBA), DEP (Design Engineering Package)
Participate and coordinate for MOC (Management of Change), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), PSSR (Pre-Start-up Safety Review) as per project requirements.
Contractors’ management for effective reporting, QA / QC, ITP, Project, Deliverables and EHSS.
Managing projects ensuring compliance to Cost Performance Index (CPI)
Advice on repair techniques, materials selection, welding procedures, inspection & Testing requirements.
Cooperate to investigate / resolve issues related to corrosion / erosion.
Quality control activities associated with others contractors as follows: documentation of WPS / PQR, all kind of engineering documentations and drawings, fabrication, welding and NDT.
Review of all documents (WPS, PQR, ITP) standard procedures and QIP and all the applicable codes before start of the work. Review NDE procedure and their acceptance & rejection criteria. Visual inspection before, during and after welding.
• Providing Engineering and Technical Support for any abnormalities and concern in existing plants.
• Conducting and participating in root cause analysis (RCA) and to ensure integrity and reliability of piping system.
• Plan for preventive maintenance for all piping System in plant as per SABIC, International standard and best practices.
• Engineering and Technical Support for nonmetallic pipes RTR, FRP, GRP pipes for any abnormalities and concern in existing plants.
• Issue Technical reports including corrective measures, future recommendation, troubleshooting if required. In additional, supervise the work in progress.
• Provide Engineering Support including design calculation and analysis reports for any new Project. Handle Internal and external communication and coordination with third parties (STC, MCE, EPM etc.)
• Providing technical support to maintenance teams for piping system such as clamp box design, piping supports, re-routing of piping system, steam and oil tracing lines etc. conduct RBI analysis for piping system.
• Work from P&ID's, client specifications and vendor data to design complex piping systems for the facility.
• Managed a team of draftsmen in the creation of all plans, P&ID’s, isometric, pipe supports and BOM to be created.
• Perform the necessary fieldwork, pulling measurements, locating tie-ins, as-building existing systems, etc.
• Checking designers & draftsman’s design and details for accuracy & conformity with Saudi Aramco standard /specification.
• Checking of Isometrics with respect to P&ID’S, vendor docs, client information etc.
• Preparation of piping stress calculation and technical reports for Saudi Aramco as GS+ contractor.
• Involved piping activities & stress analysis for HPM (High Pressure Mud) piping of jack up oil drilling rig.
• Making piping 3D modelling, Preparation of detailed piping route design, supports, piping arrangement drawings of drilling rigs using Tribon Software.
• Responsible for development of isometrics, equipment, and piping layouts and to develop accurate P&ID, material control charts for several drilling rigs.
• Participate in Light Ship survey (Jack up Drilling rigs).
• Coordinating with various other departments for ID (Inter Disciplinary) checks like, Mechanical, Electrical.
• Developing and reviewing 3D from design, accessibility, maintainability aspects using Cadworx.
• Reviewing modelling work on Navis works software to ensure quality of work i.e. checking clashes and simultaneously taking actions to solve the same.
• Producing Pressure Vessels, Welding details drawings, Site measurements to make (generate) platform drawings on topside modules of FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading system)
• Deciding and developing feasible pipe route, pipe supports.
